Basic Billing Package
STL will collect, confirm, and input all of the information and data from your office into our system. This includes Patient information, Insurance information, Coding, and any other information supplied. STL then submits claims electronically and in 24 hours we receive confirmation on those claims. In the event there is an insurance (UB 98) carrier that does not accept claims electronically, STL will drop those claims to HCFA 1500 forms and mail them directly to those carriers.

Full Service Billing Package
A number of reports will also be posted including status reports on all collection. STL has the expertise to process all manner of claims including Worker's Comp, Personal Injury, Motor Vehicle and Accident Claims, Attorney Bills and Patient Bills.

Accounts Receivable Service
STL cleans up old insurance claims by doing follow-up and collection, and checking those claims for coding and/or processing errors, then resubmitting them for payment if necessary. It will also clean up and collect on all of your old patient accounts that have gone unpaid. The systems developed by our Software Technology Group (STG) continuously verify and confirm coding changes that may occur.

Balance Billing Service
STL balances bills of all of monies owed to the client. This service is offered for both current and old receivables.
