| Document Conversion
Methodology has two distinct stages: |
| |
Stage
1 |
Document analysis
Creation of conversion specifications
Review of sample document and conversion specifications
Setup of the processes and tools for the conversion activity
Sample document prepared as a proof of concept (POC)
Client review of POC and feedback
|
| |
 |
| |
The above processes
are repeated until there is a clear client signoff on
the deliverables . After this the quality assurance checkpoints
are developed. |
| |
Stage
2 |
Source documents for conversions are procured from
the client
Internal production process flows are aligned to
meet project requirements
The documents are processed
Processed documents undergo quality assurance and validation
Converted data is then delivered to the client
