  Q-DNA (Quality - DNA) TRAINING:

Suprawin's unique QDNA involves a three-day workshop for employees to help them recognize the essence of quality in their daily lives, beyond the work environment.
 
 

Day One

Participants are encouraged to recall instances of quality experiences in the past. The group is then encouraged to create a mind map of the essence of quality.

Suprawin believes that "quality cannot be achieved through objective manuals and process descriptions unless each employee acquires a personal insight into the essence of quality".

 
 
 

Day Two

Each participant reflects on

  • Individual roles and responsibilities
  • Job descriptions
  • Processes documentation
  • Relationship with internal and external clients
  • Personal strengths and limitations (Mind Map)
  •  
     
     

    Day Three

    We provide a common platform to all participants to share their inferences with a team of cross-functional experts, who help enhance the participants' knowledge and insight into the holistic quality assurance methodology.
